Who we are
Vyuh Systems Private Limited is a manufacturer of subsystems for unmanned platforms, registered in India with its works and registered office at No. A5, Survey No. 32/1, Kada Agrahara Village, Gundur Main Road, Biddarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560049.
For anything in this policy, write to contact@vyuhsystems.com or call +91 70198 23476.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry and fulfil an order. In practice that is:
- Contact and company details you enter into an enquiry form — name, organisation, work email, phone number and country.
- The content of your enquiry — the products you are interested in, quantities, and the requirement details you describe.
- Any file you choose to attach, including drawings, CAD models and specifications.
- Correspondence with us by email, phone or messaging.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
Your drawings and technical files
This clause matters more than the rest of this policy to most of our customers, so we will be plain about it.
A drawing, model or specification you send us is used for one purpose: to understand your requirement, quote it, and manufacture it if you place an order. We do not share it with other customers. We do not use it to develop products of our own. We do not publish it, and we do not use it in marketing without asking you first and getting a yes in writing.
Access is limited to the people who need it to quote or make the part. If you would like your files deleted once a project closes, or if you would prefer to work under a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending anything, tell us and we will arrange it.
Why we hold it
We process this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, manufacture and deliver an order, provide support afterwards, and to meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations that apply to us in India.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they process data only on our instructions:
- Website hosting and content delivery.
- Email and business productivity software.
- Website analytics, which tells us how many people visit which pages.
- Logistics and courier partners, who receive delivery details when we ship an order.
- Our accountants and, where required, government authorities.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only what it needs to function, plus privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build advertising profiles.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for [ 24 months ] and then deleted. Records connected to an order are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and statutory purposes under Indian law, and then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your information earlier and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to erase it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.
Write to contact@vyuhsystems.com and we will respond within [ 30 ] days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise a grievance with our grievance officer, [ name ], at [ email ], and you retain the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers store data outside India. Where that happens we use providers that offer appropriate protection and contractual safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.
