Why buy from Vyuh.
Vyuh Systems designs and builds structural mechanisms and navigation electronics for unmanned platforms, machined and assembled in Bengaluru. It is small by design — two founders covering mechanical engineering, composites, avionics and manufacturing between them, with no layer of intermediaries between your drawing and the finished part.
Five reasons, not a slogan.
Indigenous by design
Our parts are designed and manufactured in India. Not imported and rebadged, not assembled from a foreign kit. For a customer that means one less supply chain running through somebody else's export policy, and no ambiguity about where the design sits.
Depth in the subsystem itself
When the market rushed to assemble whole platforms, the individual subsystems went under-researched. We put the engineering into the mechanism — the lock, the joint, the receiver — rather than into the assembly around it.
Mechanical and electronic in the same team
Most suppliers do structure or electronics. We do both, which matters the moment a mount and a board have to work as one assembly. Our two founders cover machining, composites, avionics and integration between them, so nothing gets lost being handed between disciplines.
Custom is the default, mechanical and electronic
Bespoke work is our normal order rather than an exception, and it is not limited to machined parts. On the mechanical side that means tube diameter, arm length, hole pattern, finish and marking. On the electronic side it means we design boards to your requirement — schematic, layout, firmware, connector and output protocol — rather than asking you to fit your platform around an imported module.
We control the part of the process that decides the part
We are honest about this one: we do not own a CNC shop. Cutting happens on partner machines in Bengaluru that we know from the inside, having worked on them. What we own is everything that determines whether the part comes out right — the design, the toolpaths, the fixtures, the finishing spec and the inspection — along with our aluminium and composite sourcing, and the filament-winding machine we built ourselves. Fewer intermediaries between your drawing and the finished part, and nobody between you and the engineer who drew it.
Two founders, one team.
No handoff between mechanical and electronic — the same two people cover both, from first sketch to the part that ships.
