What we can actually make.

Written to be checked against rather than to impress — including an honest account of how the machining actually gets done.

01

Mechanical design and CNC machining

We design the part, program the toolpaths, make the fixtures and inspect the result. Aluminium alloys, from single prototypes to small batches, with anodising and finishing handled as part of the job.

02

Composites

Filament winding on a machine we designed and built ourselves, plus layup and plate work. Diameter, wall thickness and winding angle are set for the load case rather than picked off a shelf.

03

Electronics and avionics

Board design, firmware and test for navigation and sensing hardware. Doing this ourselves is what lets us change a connector or an output protocol for a customer instead of routing the request abroad.

04

Systems integration

Combining the above into complete subsystems, so a bracket, a board and a harness arrive as one assembly that fits.

Build to print

Send us a drawing and we quote against it, down to single prototype pieces. This is a normal line of work for us, not an accommodation.

06

Quality and inspection

Dimensional inspection against the drawing on every batch, with first-article checks on new parts. We are an early-stage manufacturer and would rather describe this accurately than overstate it.
